From request to finished shoot
A request starts the conversation. An agreement puts what you both decided in writing.
1. Plan
Write a private plan: what you want to make, when, where, rough budget and how the photos will be used. Nobody else sees it, and it doesn't book anyone.
2. Request and agree
Send a request from the portfolio you like. When you're both happy, the creative sends an agreement with dates, deliverables, usage and price. Check it and accept that exact version.
- If something changes later, send a new version rather than agreeing in chat.
3. Shoot and deliver
Messages, files and feedback stay together in the project. When the work is done, mark it complete. Reviews and credits are separate and optional.
