Delete your account

How to request deletion, and what happens to shared projects.

Before you delete

Just want a break? Pause account hides your profile and you can come back.

  • Export your data and download any originals you want to keep.
  • Finish or hand over projects in progress.

Request deletion

Go to Settings and choose Ask to delete my account. You may need to sign in again. You can cancel while the request is pending; signing out doesn't cancel it.

    Shared projects

    Your public profile and posts are removed. People you worked with keep the agreement and delivery records they need. Never email passwords or ID documents to support.
