Approach: We start with your references, intended outcome and practical constraints. I will ask what is missing, propose a clear scope and confirm the same Agreement version with you before production.
Included: Studio access within the agreed window, listed backdrops and a changing area for the approved crew size.
Not included: Photography, talent, makeup, extra lighting rental and overtime unless specifically included.
Usage rights: Use the space for the agreed production; confirm noise, equipment and set-building restrictions.
Timing: Minimum 2 hours · setup and cleanup included
