Keep permission, usage and credit clear around the work.
What the project record shows
Each project keeps the agreement versions, deliveries and confirmations together. It shows what the people involved decided. It isn't an ID check, a transfer of ownership or proof that every public claim is true.
When something changes, everyone can see which version the work followed.
Ask before you post
Agree where the work can appear, for how long, which edits are OK, who approves and how people are credited. If someone else's face, work or property is in the photo, make sure public use is OK.
