Agree early on what's delivered and how feedback works, and wrapping up gets easy.
Set it up early
Before the shoot, agree on format, how many files, the deadline, how files are sent, how long the review window is and how many edit rounds are included.
- Format, quantity and how it's sent.
- Review window and edit rounds.
- Who picks the finals and who keeps them.
Feedback people can act on
Point to the file or frame and say what to change. "Make it better" doesn't help. If the ask adds files, channels or a new direction, that's new scope: agree on it first.
Done, reviewed, posted: three steps
Marking a project complete doesn't post anything or require a review. Before sharing, check the files against the usage and credit you agreed.
