How can we help?
Short guides for your profile, portfolio, requests and shoots.
Getting started
Set up your profile, browse work you like, then send a request when you find the right person.
- Create your profile and add a portfolio.
- Save the people you like.
- Send a request with the date, place and budget.
- Agree on the details before the shoot.
Common questions
Quick answers to what people ask most.
- Does sending a request book the date? No. It starts a conversation. Nothing is booked or charged until you both agree.
- If a portfolio says they're taking work, are they free on my date? Not always. Ask about your date in the request.
- Are the sample profiles real people? No. Profiles marked as samples are only examples.
- Someone is bothering me. What can I do? Tap Report on their profile or message, and Block to stop new messages.
